Power Greens is a family run urban farm based in South West London. We first started growing Microgreens for our young family... There are ton of health benefits from eating microgreens and our kids absolutely love snacking on their favourite sunflower & pea shoots. We quickly started sharing the goodness of microgreens with family and friends. As the passion for growing microgreens continued we decide to offer our produce for sell... We now supply our microgreens to restaurants, cafes and individual customers!
Microgreens are seedlings harvested in the primary stage of vegetable’s growth and can come from plants like radishes, beets, broccoli sunflower and many more... Microgreens are considered to be superfood! They are easy to use and add a burst of flavour, colour, and nutrition to any dish. Microgreens are used in salads, soups, smoothies, as topping, garnish, sides and lots more...
